One Hour Therapeutic Massage-$50.00

Relax, unwind and pamper yourself with a Swedish massage. This massage consists of a light to medium pressure using gentle effleurage gliding and kneading strokes. Great for stress relief.

To relax those tightened muscles and release chronic patterns of tension in the body try a Deep Tissue massage. This massage uses a firmer pressure with Swedish massage style strokes, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Therapy. Trigger Point Therapy is pressure applied to certain areas to relieve pain. May include stretches to lengthen shortened muscles.

30 Minute Stress Reliever-$30.00

This massage is perfect for those on the go with limited time. Targeted areas include the back, neck and shoulders, arms and hands. This massage will boost your energy and make you feel uplifted.

Hot Stone Massage-$120.00 If you have never experienced a Hot Stone massage, you owe yourself this unique experience. Hot Stone massage involves the application of heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points on the body. The direct heat relaxes muscles more quickly than in a Swedish massage. Schedule an appointment for yourself or give this wonderful gift to someone you love.

Prenatal Massage-$50.00

Pregnancy is a time of great changes, massage is a wonderful way to relax, increase your energy and relieve discomfort. You will experience a complete 1 hour Swedish massage supported in a side lying position.

Couples Massage-$130.00

A massage where two people are massaged in the same room, at the same time by two different therapists. Great way to introduce a friend or loved one to massage.

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)-$30.00 to $50.00

Sessions last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes and are billed according to session time. MLD is a very gentle manual treatment which improves the function of the lymphatic system throughout the body. MLD is becoming widely recognized as a treatment for many pathologies, including pot surgical swelling, post traumatic edema (e.g. sports injuries), migraine headache, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia.

MLD is further used to promote general relaxation and for cleansing (detoxification) of the skin and superficial fascia. In lymphedema therapy, MLD is used to re-route the lymph flow around blocked areas into healthy lymph vessels which drain into the venous circulation.
