If you have been to a COVID-19-impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, I ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of last contact.
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified the cancellation policy for Therapeutic Massage to offer greater flexibility to all my clients.
Insurance
I do not file insurance but I would be happy to provide you with a receipt that lists the necessary codes and my tax ID# that you may file with your insurance company.
You must have a prescription from your Doctor or Chiropractor that prescribes Massage or Myofascial Release Therapy. This prescription will list a diagnosis that will be needed by your insurance company.
Just copy the prescription and the receipt from Therapeutic Massage and file with your insurance company for any reimbursement.
